CHARACTERISTICS

Colour from golden brown to dark tobacco. Its natural oleoresin makes it extremely durable and pest resistant. It is perfect for creating a decking in both residential and public areas, like terraces, gazebos, porches, catwalks and wherever it is necessary to remove the ﬂooring easily.
The pre-assembled module is open to a “do it yourself” style of laying thanks to the “middle” and “start” modules. Exposed to sunlight and weather conditions, Teak wood is subjected to a natural colour variation to grey.

TECHNICAL NOTES

It is strongly advisable to treat all wood types with a correct cycle of oil for outdoor use immediately after the wood has been laid, and to do maintenance correctly.

MAINTENANCE

Decking directly exposed to sunlight and weather conditions is subjected to color variation and tends to turn grey with time.
A dedicated initial treatment and constant maintenance helps to slow down this process; for this reason, we recommend using the Outdoor Maintenance Kit, made of 1L of nourishing detergent to remove dirt, salt, traces of chlorine, and 1L of impregnator to protect outdoor wooden ﬂoors from decay and cracking thanks to its natural and synthetic oils that absorb UV rays. Outdoor Maintenance Kit is the ideal solution for swimming pool edges, verandas, walkways. It does not deteriorate.

LAYING SYSTEMS

INSTALLATION WITH SCREWS
1. Install the small boards of the structure at an equal distance of 30 cm on the leveler shims to help water ﬂow and wood breathe naturally.
2. Continue laying, using screws to fix the boards. This type of laying is suitable for BANGKIRAI, IPÈ and RADIATA PINE. Please remember to use our special A2 stainless steel screws.

INSTALLATION WITH HIDDEN CLIPS
1. Install the small boards of the structure at an equal distance of 30 cm on the leveler shims to help water ﬂow and wood breathe naturally.
2. Lay the boards with the steel screws and clips.
3. Use our stainless steel clips for starting and closing the planks.

The Rigenera Natural Oil Collection finishes do not contain vol-atile gases, responsible for indoor pollution. An independent laboratory (Ecca) tested our products using gas chromatography to help determine the level of VOC (Vola-tile Organic Compounds) they contained.

The reaction to fire classification of each product is specified on the product sheet supplied at the moment of purchase. Some of our products have a default rating of Cfl-s1, which can be requested for others as an extra.

Research, product development, production control and quality standards control are carried out directly in our factory in Altavilla Vicentina (VI).
